The court case of the woman accused of helping plan the murder of Florida rapper Julio Foolio is now underway in a Tampa courtroom.According to prosecutors that Andrews acted as a lookout while Charles Jones was in Tampa for his birthday. They claim she kept tabs with others who later ambushed the rapper in a hotel parking lot.Three gunmen allegedl
